It makes sense to interpret the new toolkit introduced by us into the scientific circulation of such a term as "Intellectual Relief of the Nation"! 

The conditional "relief" can be considered a reflection of a certain level (height) of development of 20% of the most intellectual part of the Nation over the vast human sea ...

There are intellectual peaks in the rocky mountains inhabited by clever people, and the Mariana depressions of people, which are forced to be lowered by the System to the very edge of existence.

We are talking about a general increase in the level of the conditional "bottom to the conditional top"... 

We are not equal to some "Intellectual Nazis," but we propose to recognize that the physical and mental development of peoples is very different according to a variety of criteria, including the lack of developed abstract thinking in a billion human individuals who are proud of their mercantile approaches to life, and being in a global sense...

Speaking of the "Intellectual Relief of the Nation" we understand that global peaks from the league of intellectuals do not often go down to the foot

(here, about the vulgar worldview inherent in people from folk grounds;                      we are far from condemning many residents of single-industry towns and unfortunate villages whose being suppresses the sprouts of personal development and young and growing up!) Meritocratic states can find growth points for young and daring! This direction was carried out by the founder of neuroscience, Spanish researcher Santiago Ramon-i-Cajal.

In this direction, US special forces worked in the Stargate program.

In the USSR, from the end of the eighties, in the military unit N 10003, the program of General Alexei Savin worked.

In the royal gymnasium, students were given knowledge of ancient Greek and Latin and two European "living" languages.

And so they put the organization of thinking!  

 As an illustrated example, we propose to introduce a "quick count" methodology from Trachtenberg into the secondary education system, which will give a qualitative jump in the neural system of the brain of younger students!

(The  Trachtenberg system is an oral counting system developed by mathematician Jacob Trachtenberg during his imprisonment in a Nazi concentration camp.    It consists of several parts - methods of multiplying by numbers from 2 to 12, method of multiplying arbitrary natural numbers and more)

And quite easy to plase "Theaters of machines and mechanisms" in schools, wich will be demonstrated by levers, supports, winches, hoists, Archimedean screws "From Mobius" and bottles "From Klein."

 So, we work the term - Intellectual Relief of the nation!
